Good service offered, nice cosy and well-appointed room with a brand-new bathroom, arched ceiling plus nice coffee.

They offer brand-new, airy rooms with storage space and rain shower. The breakfast itself is delicious and the food is fab. The staff are amicable and thoughtful as well as the host.

The weather was warm and we had a luxurious stay for a night out in Brighton. The double room we stayed in was modern and had a terrace. The location was quiet and unbeatable, near the coast, South Downs, Brighton, South Downs National Park, and a bus stop with lots of buses running.

Really enjoyed our stay there and would come here again. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was delicious and lovely with yoghurt and great coffee, as for instance. It was as expected, had a luxury stay for night out in Brighton. Everything was fine, convenient location not far from Brighton Marina and the coast, south downs and Brighton, very amiable staff.

Everything was fine at this hotel, very amiable staff. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped and had a lovely bathroom. The service was good, including the good onsite restaurant. Could leave our car on-site.

This place is in a peaceful and stunning location, making it easy to get around using local transport. I had a great time here and would definitely book again. 🌄

We loved the friendly hosts, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast with freshly made pancakes. The location was great for exploring the area, and the free parking was a bonus. The quiet atmosphere and beautiful views from the terrace were also a highlight.
